Hi, I'm Mike!

20 years ago, I planted a brand new church in Ripon, WI.  We began with just my family, and a dream to help people who have been turned off by church but not by God. By His grace, over 2000 people have since called it their church home.

Helping people find power in their faith is my passion. Teaching people to then use that power to have better lives and become influential leaders is my mission. 

I love my family, bass fishing, scuba diving and comedians. I have to also mention that I am a huge fan of the Milwaukee Bucks and the Green Bay Packers!

Like a lot of people, I have made a bucket list

• Go whitewater rafting in Colorado... Done!
• Go scuba diving... Done many times now!
• Go surfing... Done and I loved that too!
• Catch a 10lb. bass... This was on my list for 30 years and I am happy to say... DONE!
• Go on an African Safari... Still waiting on this one.

I am straightforward, transparent, experienced and motivated to use how God has crafted me to inspire, coach and mentor others who have decided to make their faith an active part of their lives. I consider this an immense privilege and I am thrilled to share what I have learned.

Hi, I'm Arica

I am not the type of counselor that you will need to see every week for years. 

Beginning with the first session, we deep dive into your past, present and future and connect your emotions to your actions/habits.  I will equip you, encourage you, and walk with you as you heal and grow as a person and/or as a couple.

It is my mission to help people overcome the difficulties of life, and give them the guidance and push they need in order to transform in ways they never knew were possible.

With God's help, I have learned that loving myself, and others go hand in hand. I know for sure that God has called me to help others do the same.

I am honest and straightforward and will never judge you. I will ask you questions and tell you things no one else would dare to say. If you are still reading this please be assured that whatever it is you have gone through or are going through is not too much for us to handle together. You are not alone even if it may feel that way.

My greatest privilege is being a mama to my 4 amazing kids. I love Sunday naps, yummy food and cold beer.
