Mike has launched 3 daughter churches and coached numerous other church planters who have all successfully planted healthy and thriving churches.

Leading staff and volunteers can be challenging. We will train you to have more productive reviews and goal setting meetings for staff and volunteers. We will share extremely effective time management strategies and systems to increase  productivity. We also offer unique training in how to better encourage others in their walk with God, and help them use their gifts to their full potential. Additionally we also offer 1:1 coaching/consulting for church staff members.

Having led a successful and thriving church for 20 years, Mike has become an expert at managing finances and church budgets.  He is skilled at making very detailed budgets and budget lines for each area of ministry to ensure that people’s worshipful giving is being used in the most effective ways possible.  

After starting with no assets, during his time at Ripon Community Church, the ministry donated over 1$ million to missions, and accumulated over $1 million in assets. This was accomplished without ever receiving of gift/donation over $20,000. 

We will work together to analyze your current budget to align spending with your stated values and mission. Our goal will be to maximize Kingdom impact for every dollar given and spent.

Budgeting and spending is only half of the financial equation. Helping people understand the importance of their faithful giving and what it accomplishes is equally significant.

Teaching well about financial stewardship is critical to helping people learn what God has to say about their finances and how they should be used in a God-honoring way. 

Mike has delivered Biblically centered sermons teaching both tithing and generosity.  These sermons inspired people to worship God with their finances. 

As a part of our consulting package, these sermons will become yours to edit and make your own. Additionally, you’ll be coached using results and research driven teaching practices that will help your church understand the significance of their giving.

Arica has been involved in planning, leading and developing Children’s ministry for 20 years.

Whether your Children's Ministry has 10 or 100 + kids every Sunday, Arica has the ability to help your volunteers make the Bible come alive for kids and develop them into leaders. She can also help your kid’s ministry leaders cast vision and teach kids in fun and applicable ways. Healthy leaders and volunteers are the core of any effective children’ s ministry. 

Arica was a Youth Pastor for 9 years. She has grown and led a very large Youth Program that not only helped students learn and know about God, but also taught them how to make faith a part of their every day experience. She helped teens lead others and take the lead of their own lives by being examples of Jesus to those around them. She can help you take your Youth Program to the next level by working with your leaders to help them unleash their full potential.
